Taichiming Cha has been engaged in scholarly research and study of Mong history and culture, as well as other ethnicities. As the Executive Director, Taichiming Cha actively involved in events to address misconceptions, ethnic oppression, and exclusion against the Mong people. He is also invloved with communities to impart Mong history and culture, and to promote inclusivity and equity.
